This site is set up to take paypal payments but you can also make payment by cheque, postal order or bank transfer - just email us with your order and we can give you all the details you will need.
To keep our prices as low as possible we do not carry a huge level of stock. If we have the item in stock we will try to post it to you the next day although please allow up to 28 days for delivery unless stated otherwise. If you need an item quickly please contact us and we will do our very best to get it to you in time - we usually can but in some cases there may be a rush order fee imposed by the supplier of the item.
Colour swatches are a guide only as different batches of material may take the dye slightly differently. This particulary applies when dresses are ordered at different times as they will not be made from the same roll of material. Please also note that dresses made by different manufacturers will obviously not be made from the same material so although the colours may be very similar they are not likely to be an exact match.
You have 7 days from receipt of your goods to return them to us if you are not happy with them. We cannot however offer any refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty. Please make sure you send items back using an insured service. If a refund is made to you it will be less any postal charges incurred by us.
We recycle packaging wherever possible to keep prices down and also help to save the environment. This means that your parcel may not look 'pretty' when it arrives.
We have formed very good relationships with all of our suppliers and problems rarely occur. If a problem does arise, however, we make every effort to solve it as quickly and efficiently as possible although we cannot be held responsible for eventualities that are outside of our control. This includes any delays in delivery by Royal Mail or any other method of carriage used by us or our suppliers and cancellation or incorrect delivery from our suppliers. This is especially relevant if placing a rush order. Please also remember that we cannot be held responsible for items once they have left us.
Please note that for obvious reasons we cannot offer refunds on any items that are personalised or made as a special order.
