Dresses take an average of 12 weeks to arrive. If you need one quicker let us know and we will try to help. Full payment is required with order. There is a surcharge on rush orders and gowns size 18+. All dresses are available in white or ivory and some in other colours too. If you want to see more images of a gown please get in touch and we will send you what we have. |

This site is set up to take paypal payments but you can also make payment by cheque, postal order or bank transfer - just email us with your order and we can give you all the details you will need.
To keep our prices as low as possible we do not carry a huge level of stock. If we have the item in stock we will try to post it to you the next day although please allow up to 28 days for delivery unless stated otherwise. If you need an item quickly please contact us and we will do our very best to get it to you in time - we usually can but in some cases there may be a rush order fee imposed by the supplier of the item. Please remember that we cannot be held responsible for items once they have left us.
You have 7 days from receipt of your goods to return them to us if you are not happy with them. We cannot however offer any refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty. Please make sure you send items back using an insured service.
We recycle packaging wherever possible. This means that your parcel may not look 'pretty' when it arrives but it is helping to save the environment.
We have formed very good relationships with all of our suppliers and problems rarely occur. If a problem does arise, however, we make every effort to solve it as quickly and efficiently as possible although we cannot be held responsible for eventualities that are outside of our control. This includes any delays in delivery by Royal Mail or any other method of carriage used by us or our suppliers and cancellation or incorrect delivery from our suppliers. This is especially relevant if placing a rush order. Please also remember that we cannot be held responsible for items once they have left us.
